Pankaj Thapa is a cartoonist who often publishes in the Sikkim Express, a daily in the northeastern state of Sikkim. These cartoons are from the section Quick Quips, a regular strip that he draws for the paper. Thapa also teaches English at the undergraduate level in the state capital Gangtok.
